Guillaume Marsaud

Dr. Guillaume Marsaud joined Private Wealth Square as Partner and Head of Legal Affairs.

His duties include the drafting and review of a broad range of legal documents as well as the negotiation and management of external engagements. Guillaume has built a strong legal experience with close to 15 years of in-house practice in the banking, financial and insurance sectors whilst specialising in cross-border transactions.

Prior to joining Guillaume headed the legal function of a large international private bank’s European subsidiary.

He has held diverse positions in Luxembourg, Monaco, Brazil and France with specialities including the private equity and luxury goods sectors.

Guillaume holds a master’s degree in Banking and Financial Law and a Ph.D. in Law from the University of Nice, France.

He is a binational French and Brazilian citizen and the fulfilled father of two.
